Same rules apply everywhere we work, not just Dubailand — no exceptions, no fine print:
- We don't do anything for free — that includes call-outs and collections.
- The one exception: inspection is free if you walk into Al Karama with the item yourself.
- Ask us to pick up and drop off, and that's a paid service.
- Every home visit carries a call-out fee. We'll tell you the amount up front, and whether it comes off the final repair bill, before anyone drives out.
