What The Springs Actually Looks Like
The Springs is one of those communities that feels like it was built for people who had enough of Dubai's tower life. It's a gated, low-rise villa and townhouse development tucked inside the larger Emirates Living masterplan, developed by Emaar back in the early 2000s. There are 15 sub-communities here — Springs 1 through Springs 15 — each one wrapped around its own lake, with tree-lined streets, pocket parks, and communal pools that give the whole place a suburban feel you don't get in many parts of Dubai.
The homes are a mix of 2, 3 and 4-bedroom townhouses and villas, most with private gardens, covered parking for one or two cars, and balconies that look out over landscaped green space or water.
